Strawberry Tiramisù
Nella mia famiglia non iniziamo mai alcun pasto senza esserci detti "buon appetito!". Il galateo non lo prevede ma io lo trovo rituale affettuoso. Il momento del mangiare, oltre a nutrirci, è una coccola per il nostro spirito. E penso sia giusto goderselo.
A Golden Pot, la pentola dorata, è un blog che vuole ridare valore al cibo e alla vita, in un epoca piena di sprechi e in cui tutto viene consumato alla velocità della luce.
In my family we use to begin every meal saying each other "buon appetito!". The Etiquette doesn't agrees on it, but I think it's an affectionate ritual. The time we spend eating is, in addition to nourish us, a cuddle for our soul. And I think it's right to enjoy it.
A Golden Pot is a blog who wants to give back value to the food and to life, in this ages full of waste and in which everything is consumed at lightning speed.
