Strawberry and Custard Tart - Crostata crema e fragole

Capisco che accendere il forno con queste temperature è una tortura... ma tanto questa torta va mangiata fredda, ed è ancora meglio se mangiata il giorno dopo, quindi se vi capita di dover accendere il forno per qualcos'altro io preparerei anche questa crostata!

I know, it's a torture to switch on the oven as the temperature it's really high... But this cake is better cold, even better if you eat it the day after, so if you have to use the oven for something else, I would prepare this tart, too!

Nella mia famiglia non iniziamo mai alcun pasto senza esserci detti "buon appetito!". Il galateo non lo prevede ma io lo trovo rituale affettuoso. Il momento del mangiare, oltre a nutrirci, è una coccola per il nostro spirito. E penso sia giusto goderselo.
