Torta di mele - Italian Apple Pie

I dolci a base di mele sono un classico di tutto il mondo e ne esistono tantissime varianti, basta pensare alla apple pie, alla tarte tatin, allo appelflap, allo strudel, agli apfelkuechle.. E questa è la ricetta della classica torta di mele all'italiana!

Harry:  "We had this enormous coconut cake"

Sally:  "Huge coconut cake, with the tiers, and there was this, this very rich chocolate sauce on the side"

Questi biscotti sono davvero semplicissimi da fare, e sono meravigliosi! Un amico di mio padre ha qualche albero da frutta e così ho avuto un tonnellata (che felicità!) di noccioline. Con alcune ho deciso di fare qualcosa di semplice con cui fare colazione oppure da sgranocchiare tutto il giorno!

These biscuits are really easy to make, they are amazing! A friend of my dad has some fruit trees in his garden and so I had a tons (yeah!) of hazelnuts. With some of them I've decided to do something simple to have breakfast with or to crunch the whole day!
